Any deposits taken in relation to the sale of any goods will be on a non-refundable basis.

Wedding Desire, Bridal Attire is;

1. A private seller who owns and has the right to sell the goods.
2. A private seller who excludes any warranty in relation to the goods.
3. A private seller who provides no guarantees in relation to the goods.
4. The goods are being sold as seen and the purchaser assumes all responsibility for examining and selecting the goods to determine their condition and suitability of use.
5. Ownership of the goods will transfer to the purchaser upon full payment.
6. Returns are not accepted.
7. Refunds are not accepted.
